Ledger Live Doesn’t Show My ERC20 Tokens — What To Do

ERC20 tokens are tokens that have been derived from and are built on the Ethereum blockchain. There are hundreds of these tokens most of which are supported by Ledger. Because these are based on Ethereum, to be able to view the accounts you need to have Ethereum installed. If you are having trouble viewing your ERC20 tokens, don’t stress! We will help you resolve this issue.

Today, we will cover several fixes to help you resolve this issue, and get your ETH account sorted. Ready? Here, we go!

Solution

Make sure you are using the latest version of Ledger Live.

During this tutorial, we will assume that you ready have the Ethereum app installed. That said, we will then focus on other fixes — see below.

#1. Connect your Ledger device to your computer, and open Ledger Live

#2. Go to ‘Accounts’ and there you should see something similar to the image below.

#3. To view, hidden accounts click on ‘Show tokens’. This will show you something like this.

If after check-in in here the tokens are not there, but you know you had them, there’s one more thing you can do. It’s possible that the tokens were hidden and then removed. But, don’t worry, this can be fixed.

Instruction to check for fully hidden tokens

Open Ledger Live > Settings > Accounts

Any hidden tokens will show under this tab, similar to the image below.
